Cancellations

1. Unavailability of Service Provider

You can cancel any booking free of charge until the service provider accepts it:

• Navigate to your booking details and select "Cancel Booking."
• If you cancel before the service provider accepts your booking, you will receive a full refund for advance booking services.

2. Service Provider Unable to Attend

In rare cases where the service provider cannot fulfill the scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the following options:

• Reschedule Your Appointment: We will assist you in finding a convenient new appointment time.
• Cancel Your Booking: You will receive a full refund, and no cancellation fee will apply (for advance booking services).

Refunds

1. Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by Broki Services Private Limited, it will take 10-15 working days for the refund to be credited to you

2. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for a full refund:

• You cancel your booking after the service provider has accepted it.
• You are dissatisfied with the service quality, but the provider completed the work as described.
• You experience minor inconveniences or delays during the service.
• You request changes to the service scope after the service provider has arrived, resulting in additional charges.
